Pistachio madlenka

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon peel

Vanilla pod cut lengthwise, remove seeds with a knife. In a bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla seeds (vanilla), Mar.powder and zest and whisk all with a mixer for 5 minutes.
