Fried eggplant with yoghurt
I suggest You to try simple, easy to prepare and tasty dish using homemade natural yoghurt.

  • Sourdough

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    3 sprig

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

For the preparation of homemade natural yogurt, I used a magnificent bacterial yeast from the company Orsik and yogurtnitsy-thermos Oursson. In the container for cooking you need to pour one sachet of bacterial starter culture and pour the milk (at room temperature). Closing the lid shake well for 3 minutes. Then I use the thermos to pour to the level of the boiling water and put the container with the mixture. Covered clean heat for 6-10 hours. After a time, you can enjoy the wonderful taste of homemade natural yogurt from the company Orsik.

Eggplant wash and cut (with peel) in large pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until it will turn brown on a medium heat and lay on paper towel to glass the excess oil.

In the same pan fry the chopped onion until soft, add finely chopped garlic, parsley and green onions. Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Next add the eggplant, pour homemade natural yogurt from the company Orsik, salt, pepper and stir. Fry for another 5 minutes and switch off stove.
