Roast pork with the
Wonderful succulent meat with a fragrant spicy crust. Very tasty in hot or cold. Choose: full meal or fragrant pork.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Meat, I have a piece of pork carbonate.

Using long thin knife, make meat cuts with cuts in sauce and fill with salted slices of carrots and garlic.

Prepare the mixture for the marinade, or "Male preserves". Today, I have a simplified version using ready adzhika. So, RUB a piece of celery and parsley, finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, celery leaves and parsley, mix everything with the sauce, add the lemon zest, sugar and vinegar.

Coat the meat flavorful and spicy mixture and leave to marinate for 1 - 2 hours. If you have no time, can be baked at once.

Wrap the meat in foil and put into the oven. I bake at t 190 gr. for 1.5 hours. For 10 -15 minutes until tender unfold the foil and wait until the meat is nicely browned.

Our hot, spicy and flavorful the meat is ready. And here razrezik. Under these proportions, the sharpness is felt only slightly. Inside the meat is juicy and very tender.
