Description

Gugelhupf
Yeast cake is very fragrant with beautiful yellowish porous structure of the test. Simply delicious. A few years ago in one of the foreign women's magazine and saw this recipe. His name I translated as "sweet grandma", I don't know how beautiful it sounds in Austria, but in my notebook it went under the title "Sweet woman." Similar recipe found on search Oksy, but this is my version, which I baked for several years.

Cooking

step-0
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add pre-washed,dried and coated in flour raisins.Slowly introduce the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, rum, zest, softened butter and flour.Knead the dough and put it in a warm place to "approach". Monitor test as soon as it starts to bubble and freely behind the walls of the cookware,it is ready.(This dough can be covered with a lid and put on 1-2 days in the fridge and then just bake).Greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (or semolina) form to fill the dough and put for 30 minutes in a warm place until the dough has come.Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes. When the cake has cooled, carefully remove it from the form, cover with a napkin and allow to cool completely. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar (or as I have to cover with icing). This dough is perfect for baking cakes.
