Chocolate roll with kiwi
Describing the taste of kiwi, talking about the combination of flavors of gooseberry, strawberry, banana, melon and pineapple. Suggest to try a roll, so familiar and yet unusual fruit. And if you like the dough is moist texture and was pleasing to the eye abundance of fruit, creamy custard with a slight hint of cognac, then this recipe is for you!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chilled eggs carefully vzbit with sugar (or powder) to a smooth creamy mass. Continuing to whisk, add the flour and cocoa.

Form (28х18 cm) grease with butter and put baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil or bake on silicone Mat. Put the dough into form and bake at 200*C for 10-15 minutes. The willingness to try a toothpick.

When cake has finished baking, gently separate it from the paper/Mat and put on a prepared sheet of baking paper dusted with powdered sugar, roll together with paper in roll. Leave to cool.

For the cream: Whip the heavy cream+sour cream+powder in the end add the cognac.

When the cake has cooled, unfold it, liberally spread with cream, put kiwi. And again wrap in the roll. Top and spread with cream.

You can also decorate with slices of kiwi.
