Beat egg whites with 300g of sugar. Yolks with 100g of sugar. Margarine whisk incandescent, mixed the egg yolks, lemon juice and zest, cinnamon,sifted bread crumbs, baking powder, mix well. Add a little protein and chopped nuts, each time gently stirring. Form of grease with cold butter, pour the dough, level and bake at 160 gr, until tender (took me 25minutes). Ready cake remove, cool and cut into 3 parts. Cream: 1 liter cream, whipped with sugar powder, a binder and cocoa until a thick mass. Put the bottom cake on a tray, pour the cream liqueur, then coat with strawberry jam. Put 5CT. L. cream ,distribute evenly, put the second cake, again, liqueur and jam, 5CT. L. cream.
The other side of the cake, which is put on the cream, pour the liqueur and marmalade and put on the cream. Remaining cream to cover up and to the side.
Chocolate to melt, from paper to make a cone, put the chocolate on the baking paper draw a chocolate musical keys, take out in the cold to harden, then remove and decorate the cake.
