Description
The recipe for this sauce I found on the English site, which has attracted my attention is the fact that it consisted of espresso. For the sake of curiosity, I decided to make it and, as it turned out, not in vain. The sauce turned out with a very balanced deep flavor, smooth and tender consistency. A pronounced smell and taste of coffee, the sauce does not possess, felt only a faint coffee finish. The sauce is perfect with any meat. Serve it hot and at room temperature. Help yourself!

Cooking
Prepare the required products. Brew a strong espresso.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom add coffee, ketchup, cream, honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (I replaced it with a tomato), Tabasco sauce, soy sauce (I have naturally brewed soy sauce TM Kikkoman), freshly ground black pepper. Mix well. On medium heat bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer until thick 6-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end adjust salt, pepper and vinegar to your taste. Sauce can be served hot or at room temperature. Sauce stored in refrigerator for 1 week. Bon appetit!
