Cake Holiday
My version of cooking cakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 handful

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

To warm milk, stir in the yeast, 1 tsp sugar and 1/3 Cup flour. Leave to the formation of a good foam (twenty minutes). Butter to melt.

RUB the yolks with the sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and melted butter.

Pour in the egg mixture prepared yeast, stir...

... and gradually add the sifted flour.

All good knead, the dough should not stick to your hands.

Put in a warm place for an hour or two until the volume increases two times.

Then punch down the dough and add nuts, stir and put in greased with butter form. Bake in a heated to 180 degrees oven for twenty minutes, then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and bake for another 30-35 minutes. To check the readiness with wooden skewers when it is dry, so ready.

Hot cakes not immediately get out of shape, and lay first on one side then on the other side. Decorate with frosting better chilled cakes. WITH LIGHT YOU ALL HOLIDAY!!!
