Pie with peaches
And this cake really taste satin, silk, literally, thanks to the peaches. A super delicious dough with bright peach notes. Do not want to taste?

Ingredients

  • Peach

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Sifted flour mixed with zest.

Proteins mix with half the sugar and salt in a stable foam.

The remaining sugar, beat the yolks until whitening weight.

Pour a thin stream of vegetable oil and lemon juice, still whisking. Bring mixture to homogeneity.

Add the whites, stir gently with a spatula from the bottom up. High-temperature shape with a diameter of 22 cm covered with parchment paper. Sides on parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the pan.

Canned peaches carefully!!! dry with a paper towel from the syrup. Cut into slices or pieces.
