Apple-almond candy
Very tasty and healthy candy with no added oil and sugar. Give yourself the sweetness of the dried fruit. Prepared very simply and quickly, can be stored for up to 3-4 days in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    50 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Sesame

  • Orange juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pour the apples and the raisins with hot water or tea for 15-20 minutes. Then drain the liquid.

Almonds fry in a dry pan.

In a blender, grind with the addition of orange juice the apples, raisins, flax seeds and almonds. (I love when there are big chunks of ingredients, you can grind on your own).

Roll into balls.

Optionally, the balls can roll in toasted on a dry pan until Golden brown the sesame seeds.
