Sour cream biscuits
Today we went to the Playground with a pack of delicious korikov. All the kiddies (and young ones, and those who are older) liked the cookies with funny faces. Soft, delicate, moderately sweet. So I made these biscuits again to share the recipe with you. Moreover, the time for their preparation takes no more than half an hour!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

It's very simple and fast. Without any additional devices. All ingredients mix in a bowl. The butter should be softened. Then knead soft dough. If very sticky, flour can be added.

Cut glass circles. Do muzzles. You can just chop the biscuits with a fork.

Lay out the biscuits on parchment and bake at 180˚C for about 15 min. Look at the oven. Browned - take out.
