Roasted green beans with walnuts and rice
Tasty and meatless dish is quite hearty due to the presence of nuts and rice. Happy to offer a recipe.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Spices

A bag of rice drop it into boiling salted water and boil until tender about 30 minutes.

Grind the toasted nuts.

The defrosted (or cooked, if fresh) beans fry in olive oil 7 minutes.

Then add the nuts, parsley, favorite spices and chopped garlic. Stir.

Add boiled rice. Gently stir 2 minutes withstanding.

Served to the table.
