Squid with vegetables in Chinese

Ingredients

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    20 piece

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Corn

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 slice

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Squid washed, cleaned of films and cut into rings, pepper cut into long strips, the beans cut in half, mushroom slices, and pineapple cubes.

With ears of corn with a knife cut the grain.

In a hot pan lightly fry the squid and transfer to a plate. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, that they would not become rigid.

In the same pan put the pepper, the mushrooms, the green beans, pour soy sauce and add garlic powder. Simmer with the lid closed, about 5 minutes.

Then add the corn, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. Vegetables should be slightly soft.

Then add to the vegetables squid, pineapple, eggs and all mix well. Argument until tender with the lid on. For about 2-3 minutes.
