On the website we are very fond of Apple pies, it's easy to guess at the number of recipes of these pies. Quite by chance I saw on the Internet an Apple pie from Devonshire. What I want to say a cake is not only seductive-aroma suspected, but tasty, crisp, airy and with a pronounced Apple taste. For the dough and baking takes a little time, which is very important for many of us.

Cooking
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: sifted flour, cane sugar, salt, vanillin, leavening agent. Mix well.
Beat eggs with a mixer until frothy.
Pour the beaten eggs into the dry mixture and stir.
Then add the melted butter. Mix thoroughly. The dough will be thick sponge.
Half of the dough pour in the form. I made the shape of baking paper.
Apples peel and cut into cubes. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. For the dough pour all the apples.
Apples cover the second part of the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar, almond and sesame seeds (optional).
Pie bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Willingness to check with a dry match. The finished cake to cool in the form and then retrieve the cake. To the table the pie is served warm, cut into serving pieces.
