Walnut Garos
Oh, how I love nutty cakes! This pie among others a champion of nuts. Don't know the origin of the word "garash" so the name of this cake in the recipe Nina Fomina, but pie is exceptionally tasty. It resembles the Hungarian nut-chocolate cake, but it has no flour, no starch, no bread crumbs, and preparing it quick and easy. Very rich in taste, moist and extremely nutty. Suitable for festive table, and for a family tea. I baked it a little differently. Interested?

Form which is separable, with a diameter of 20 cm (you can take more in diameter) grease with butter and put on the bottom a circle of parchment. Spread the batter into the pan and even it with a spatula. Put the form in a slightly heated oven. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour to the sample in a dry splinter. My cake due to the small diameter of the mold are baked for about 1 hour, if the form is larger diameter then the pie will be baked faster.

While baking the cake will have frosting.
