Cake jelly
I want to congratulate all happy New year and wish that in the life of the light stripes was so much more!!! Tender, flavorful, contrasting color, taste and texture, this cake is a dessert to grace any table. Butter jelly is not inferior to the bird's milk and even more delicious. And the chocolate has a deep velvety taste and rich aroma. All together-especially if you give the cake a Cup of hot strong coffee-bring pleasant moments of pure pleasure by change of textures, temperatures and flavors.

Ingredients

To prepare this dessert, I used two kinds of sugar TM "Mistral" - small and Demerara fine.

Soak the gelatin according to the instructions. If gelatin instant - first cook the cream, but I was happy, with soaking for an hour, and I killed all the required number.

For the creamy jelly mix cream, sugar and yolks with corn starch. Mix well and put on a strong fire. Stirring constantly with a whisk, bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir until thick.

For the chocolate layer, mix the milk, sugar and yolks, put on fire and, constantly stirring, boil until thick. Remove from heat, stir in finely broken chocolate or chocolate chips, add the liqueur and rum essence. Then enter the squeezed out gelatine and stir well until dissolved.
