Diet cake
For those who like cake "Pancho& quot;, but prefers a diet version of it without harm for a figure! DELICIOUS! :-)) I have savoured this delicacy even my boyfriend (although I have also a supporter of proper nutrition and it should be no surprise)))

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

To prepare the biscuit. Mix 4 tablespoons of ground oatmeal 2 tablespoons wheat bran, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking powder, sugar, eggs and milk, pour into small molds and put in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. If in the oven, then bake it will be necessary for much longer (test with a toothpick to "dry"). When cooled, cut the sponge cake into cubes.

Each cube is soaked in a strong svezhesvarennogo coffee (I had about 150 ml).

For the CREAM mix 200 g soft cheese with milk, banana and sugar (sweetener if you one eat, or honey) to the consistency of liquid sour cream. I fluffed it all in a blender. Next, dip each sponge cube in the curd and lay heaped on the plate.

This has turned into a mini cake :-))) PS I'm still between the sponge cubes put the cherries (bought frozen in advance and thawed)

From top to pour in glaze and put to soak in refrigerator (preferably overnight). For GLAZE, mix 2 teaspoons cocoa with water (or coffee, or milk), adding honey (sugar/sweetener).
