Tea cake with apples
A simple cake for tea leaves is prepared very quickly and with simple ingredients which are always included in every home. This yields a very delicious cake, a quite beautiful and appetizing. Very well this cake from tea with any jam, jam and it turns out no worse than a cake according to a traditional recipe with the addition of eggs and butter. They happily replaced by sunflower oil "Oleyna". No less original and cream to this cake - manno-almond, the same rich and having a rich taste as regular milk and egg.

Brew a Cup of very strong tea.

Apples peel and finely chop. In the bowl of a blender combine apples, sugar, honey, warm tea, sunflower oil olive "Oleyna" and 200 g flour.

Cook manno-almond cream. Put it on the stove a pan, pour water, add sugar (cane sugar can give a slightly beige tint to the cream), semolina, stir constantly until boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes, then add a little vanilla and let cool the cream.

Start assembling the cake. At first Korzh spread manno-almond cream. Close the second layer and grease it with strawberry jam. Close the cake with jam the next layer.
