Roasted pumpkin
I've been thinking to post this recipe or not. It is so simple and the outcome is just wonderful. Even those who does not like pumpkin, eat with great gusto. Good both hot and cold. For the idea thanks to Tatyana Yakimenko.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Pine nuts

Cooking

Clean the pumpkin and cut into cubes (approximately 5-7 cm long, thick 5-6 mm)

Melt the butter.

On medium heat sauté the pumpkin, stirring occasionally (like potatoes) until Golden brown. Lid not to close.

Well sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Mix well. Close the lid, lower the heat to low and hold still for 5 minutes.
