Cooking
Boil the mix of wild and parboiled rice until tender.
While boiled rice, prepare the curry sauce. Wash pumpkin, peeled, cut into small cubes. Also finely chop the onion.
Preheat the pan, pour in the olive oil and add the onion and pumpkin. Sprinkle with curry* and cook for 10 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender. * Curry different TM have different degree of severity, so before adding it, try how sharp your seasoning.
Add salt and pour the cream, bring the sauce to a boil and turn off.
Rice lay heaped on the plate or shape with the aid of a serving ring, sprinkle with curry sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts and sprinkle with herbs.
