Bird pepper
Simple and very tasty recipe. Looks impressive, and Yes even diet!!! You can use any fillet of poultry. This recipe is very like my mother in law! Now she tells all her friends and her father often indulges. So nice)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Allspice

    10 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Salt

    10 g

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces. Pickle in the condiments (who likes what) + salt 3-4 hours. No harm will sprinkle if you have it, chopped fresh herbs. If there is no time, you can add a little mayonnaise, then marinate 30 minutes.

While the meat is marinating, cut bell pepper in half, preferably so that the cut halves stood smoothly and there were no holes. Scrub. Spread in a deep bowl suitable for the oven. In each pepper put a slice of butter (5-10 g.)

Marinated meat lay on the peppers. Add water and put in a preheated 180 oven for 30-35 minutes.

For 5-10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.

Take out from the oven and place on plates. Garnish can be any! All delicious! You can cook on the holiday table, and just for lunch-dinner. Bon appetit!!!
