Chocolate cups with Apple filling
Bright, intense fruity-citrus flavor in the chocolate making will delight the most refined palates.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    1 pack

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    15 g

For the manufacture of cups we will need : 10 caps wine (or more, depending on the number of cups You want to cook) and food wrap. Please-do not drink ten bottles of wine in one fell swoop with the acquisition of tubes!!!

Dip tube in chocolate and put on tray covered with cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

When the chocolate hardens, carefully remove the cap using the corkscrew and then stretched over the edges, to release the cups from the plastic wrap. In order to flatten the edge of the cups, heat the knife in hot water and swipe the edges

Now when the cups are ready, prepare the filling. Fruits you can use any on Your taste. I have apples in the autumn theme. Apple peeled and RUB on a small grater. Also grate the zest of one lemon and squeeze the juice into the Apple mixture

15 g. gelatin soak in water

Applesauce cook on low heat for 10 minutes. If apples sour then add sugar to taste. Into the hot puree, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool the Apple mixture in the refrigerator

Cold applesauce to put into the chocolate cups. Decorate with berries. Store in the refrigerator.
