Glazed almonds for a party
Glazed Almond. Having lived quite a long time in the East, I ate these nuts at every party. No wedding, celebration on the birth of the child and regular gatherings for tea do not go there without muckart (glazed nuts). Very fashionable and traditionally in the East, such peanuts to be packaged in small boxes or envelopes chiffon. Usually huge trays decorated with flowers with mountains such boxes stand at the entrance to the restaurant hall, which will host a gala wedding dinner. Each guest girls pages give a box of nuts. Ingredients

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 tsp

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Pistachios

    100 g

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Almonds and pistachios pour into pan, stirring oven 8 minutes. Cool.

In another pot over medium heat, bring teriyaki marinade & sauce, water, sugar and AGICOA liquid to a boil.

Add nuts, stir. Put on fire, cook stirring constantly, until the nuts will not absorb all the liquid (2 min). Add the oil and stir.

Spread nuts in a single layer in a baking pan or ovenproof dishes and bake another 4 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees. Cool.

Shiny, glazed nuts is ready.
