Cooking
To water add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Add 100 g butter and boil stirring to dissolve the oil. Quickly pour the flour and knead till the formation of well-ready ball. Slightly cooled and add one to five eggs. After each addition – stir until smooth. The dough is ready. At the bottom of a split shape with a diameter 24 cm "smeared piece of dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Of the remaining dough formed using a pastry syringe to kind of "sticks" long about 8-10 cm and a thickness of about 1-1,5 cm Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
The second dough I prepared in the breadmaker, but you can in the oven, combining all the ingredients below and vipaka in the oven 20 to 40 minutes depending on the thickness of the layer. Eggs (2 PCs) breakable, bring down slightly with a fork and pour into the bowl breadmaker.
Add 150 g of condensed milk.

Take out the cake from the refrigerator, put in a larger dish and remove the ring. In this part of the chocolate-sour cream mixture will emerge.
