Found this recipe in one of my many cookbooks. And so he told me sunk into the soul that decided to cook. Usually to the rice add the white wine and then dark beer. Cooking
Make meatballs. In a food processor or grinder grind the stuffing 200 g boiled-smoked sausages. Also grind into fine crumbs 200 gr of Parmesan cheese and a piece of white loaf or white bread.

Half Cup of rice, wash under running water, pour a 1:1 (basmati does not like too much water) with water and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil, then cook on low heat for 12-14 minutes.
