Cottage cheese pie with peaches
A little cheese, a little jam, a little bit nuts... and it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Peach

    1 can

  • Jam

    150 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Margarine

    50 g

Cooking

To combine the margarine and jam. Beat.

Add the sugar, continuing to stir.

Add cream cheese, mix well, then enter the eggs one by one. Beat. At this stage the dough will be liquid.

Grind the almonds and add to the dough.

Then gradually add the flour with soda. And knead the dough until smooth.

Put the dough in a greased form. Removing peaches from the syrup, Pat dry.

Put the peaches on the dough, slightly pressing. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.
