Cooking
Peel the onion and finely chop.
Apple wash, remove skin, remove the middle, cut into small cubes.
Cut the bacon into small cubes. It is best to take it bacon (I took something like bacon but without the fat), but if you really want, you can take, for example, smoked meat or sausage. Here it is important smoked notes.
On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the onion with the bacon, then add the apples. Fry need until the apples become softer, it will take about 5 minutes. If you take it the bacon, the butter can not add, because bacon will mytopics enough fat. As strange as the combination may seem, it turns out very tasty ;)
Put the filling to cool. Meanwhile, if the dough was not rolled out, or if you did it yourself, it's time to get rolling. Immediately I should add that I did the dough itself according to its own recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/754 70/. The only thing needed less ingredients, namely 200 gr. flour, 10 gr. raw yeast, 120 ml water, pinch of salt, a couple pinches of sugar and 2 tsp of vegetable oil. The dough needs to stand for 30 minutes, and make it smarter in front of all of the above manipulations. So voooot... Roll out the dough. I, of course, not the rectangle turned out, but the dimensions approximately as indicated, i.e. 27*36 cm do Not spare flour, sprinkle on a good table, otherwise it will be difficult to scrape the dough from the table, and in the worst case it breaks.
Spread the filling on the rolled out dough.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese and roll the whole thing into a roll. Roll cut into 12 roughly equal parts.
Alternately, lay out rolls on a baking paper covered baking tray cut down and a little "prelusive". When it's got such snails (or rosettes?).
Here is a closer even took a picture to make it clearer. When the snails are ready, grease them with egg yolk (you can add in the yolk 0.5 tsp. of water) and heated in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C.
Ready! Once again, you can eat them as "from the oven" and the cold. I really like the combination of Apple, onion and bacon - just a feast for my taste buds :) I Hope you enjoy this recipe.
