Moist chocolate cake with whiskey
I think the name speaks for itself ))) Friends, this cake is gorgeous! Very chocolate, not wet, and the wet, like soft chocolate... And flour, by the way, there is only 30 grams! A must try, so delicious! Source: Delicious blog.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Whiskey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

Mix in a bowl the white sugar, flour and salt. I pictured the brown sugar, because white is not enough )))

Melt the butter, add the chocolate pieces and stir.

If necessary, warm on the stove or in the microwave to dissolve the chocolate. Stir until smooth.

The flour and sugar add the eggs and whiskey.

Stir with a whisk or fork.

In the chocolate add brown sugar and stir.

Add the chocolate to the egg.

Stir with a spoon. Pour in a greased form with a diameter of 20 cm (if using silicone, then sprinkle it with water) and bake in a preheated 180° oven for about 25 minutes. The finished cake to cool in the form.
