Multigrain bread (vegan)
Easy to prepare multigrain bread will give aroma to your home and a lot of benefit to your body.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Cereals buckwheat

    25 g

  • Oat flakes

    25 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    25 g

  • Seeds

    25 g

  • Bran

    25 g

  • Water

    330 ml

Cooking

Measure out warm water. Yeast mixed with 1H. l. sugar and dissolve in about 100 ml of water. Leave. In the rest of the water to dissolve 1st. L. honey.

Coming up the dough on the table, divide into 3 parts.

... and shape the loaf.

Bars ready to lay out on a baking sheet, greased or covered with baking paper, from each other at a distance of 5-7cm. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Then gently do the bars slant cuts with a knife. Bake in preheated to 180град. the oven for about 35-40 minutes (focus on your oven!)
