Description
A very simple recipe of cake with raisins and nuts. Cupcake turns out moderately sweet, with a moist crumb.

Cooking
First make the broth. In a small saucepan, put to boil 400 ml of water with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar from the company "Mistral"
For the broth, I took 2 apples, if you have a large, it is possible one.
From apples to remove the core. Cut into wedges.
Add the apples to the broth, when it boils, cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Then turn off, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
From the finished broth we need 250 ml, cool it to lukewarm.
Add sugar, a pinch of salt and stir to dissolve the sugar, add the vegetable oil.
Parts add the flour mixed with baking powder.
Nuts coarsely chopped, raisins wash, dry and roll in a little flour, add to dough. The dough is obtained as thick cream.
The dough is put in greased with vegetable oil form.
Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 50 minutes. The finished cake remove from the oven and leave for 10 minutes in pan, then gently remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack.
