Cooking
In the bowl of a mixer add the chopped liver (200 gr.), add 1 tablespoon flour, egg (1 piece), milk (100 ml), vegetable oil (1 tbsp), baking soda (1/2 tsp), add salt to taste and black pepper. The mixture beat until smooth homogeneous state.
You should have batter, like for pancakes, but slightly thicker.
Pan greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Add to the pan the liver the batter. Bake pancakes on both sides. If necessary, prior to each dose adding liver test pan pan greased with vegetable oil.
Liver pancakes are ready to align along the contour.
Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms) (160 gr.) or any other, chop into fine crumbs.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, add oyster mushrooms. Onions (1 piece) cut into small cubes, add to pan with mushrooms.
Saute the onions and mushrooms until tender (15-20 min.)
Put the mushrooms in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add 1 tbsp. sour cream, if necessary add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Walnuts (1/2 Cup) rinse 2-3 water, Pat dry with paper towel, lightly fry. Chop the nuts into fine crumbs.
In creamy mushroom mix add the roasted walnuts.
On the hepatic pancake to add 1 tbsp of the cream, smooth. With each subsequent hepatic pancake to do the same. To collect hepatic pancakes in the cake.
The side and top surface of the cake to grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle with walnut crumbs, garnish with chopped marinated mushrooms and sprigs of dill. Bon appetit!
