Description
A wonderful combination of toppings of cheese with nuts and sweet peach sauce will turn any meal into a celebration. If You want to please loved ones something unusual and delicious is exactly what you need! And yet, cook it for your beloved, as it has everything that is inherent in these feelings - the piquancy of the cheese, the crisp tartness of walnut, the delicate texture of the sauce and genuine freshness of peach. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Yulya001 called "Turkey Rolls in the peach sauce" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
I got a Turkey breast weighing 940 grams, which I butchered into 4 parts. Get 4 neat schnitzel about the size of 15x20 cm it is Possible not to divide the fillet into pieces, and cook from a whole piece - then you'll see a large roll. Fillet properly repel, make it the same thickness over the entire area. Slightly potseluem (do not forget that cheese is also salty) and pepper to taste. Sloppy "tatter" the edges of the fillet I cut and welded them from the broth, which later will use in cooking.
Cheese grate on a grater or mash with a fork. Grind the nuts, I used a blender. Parsley finely chop. Cheese, parsley and nuts mix (1/3 of the nut reserve) and this mass is spread on fillet from one side.
Turn fillet roll stuffed inside and sealed with thread or clips. We spread our rolls in the fireproof dish (with a lid). 2 tbsp tomato paste mixed with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and grease of the paste rolls. In a bowl add 3-4 tablespoons of broth, cover with a lid and put into the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
After 40 minutes, take out the rolls from the oven, formed on the bottom pour the sauce into the pan (if necessary, strain through a sieve), dilute the remaining broth. There also put peaches, cut into small slices (if peaches are fresh, clean it from skin). Bring to a boil. Meanwhile in cream dilute starch. When the broth with the peaches to boil, gently pour the cream into it with starch and diminish the fire to a minimum. Cook the sauce until thick, stirring constantly (3-5 minutes). Rolls spread on a plate, cut. Pour the sauce (do not forget that everybody gets, and peaches), sprinkle with the remaining nuts and enjoy.
I tried this dish with canned and fresh peaches. With fresh sauce and tender at the same time, richer. But my husband liked the canned, so it's a matter of taste. The Turkey can be substituted with chicken, then for each roll it will take one fillet. And yet, this dish can be served as main course or as a snack, chopped into serving pieces. In any case, it's delicious! Bon appetit!
