Capelin with onions and tomato paste
This dietary and healthy dish. It has a lot of calcium, helpful fish oil, lots of lycopene included in tomatoes. And most importantly - delicious! Easy cooking in Zepter and the usual utensils.

Ingredients

  • Capelin

    300 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp
