When I walked in the store past shelves with meat products, my eyes settled on the package of delicious bacon. I remembered the idea of the "coat" of it, which I long ago saw on this site, but never cooked, and my hand by itself reached for the package. In this the crust of the loaf comes out very juicy and tasty both hot and cold; of course, there is no limit to imagination, and here is my version of stuffing...

Cooking
Prepare stuffing. Beef+onion+ay CH+cream+spices... Thoroughly kneaded until smooth. I don't add any bread or breading, try to make the dish less caloric
Bacon spread pletenochka on the cooking foil (for ease of rolling into a roll)
In the resulting mince add the potatoes, just mix with your hands until smooth
On the prepared basket of bacon spread the stuffing in the center put boiled carrots (I may not have govorila specifically, that she "came" soaked in meat juice, tapecase in the oven). Again, put any toppings to Your taste, let's just say I don't love the egg in the rolls, because when baking the protein becomes rubbery, so good.
Turn into loaf and place in a fireproof baking dish
Bake 30 min. at a temperature of 180 deg., covered with foil and 30 minutes without foil until Golden brown
