Notothenia marinated Bordeaux
Very tasty dish, hot can be used as main, cold as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beets

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Fish clean, wash. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with seasoning, leave for 15-20 minutes.

I used a seasoning. Ingredients: garlic, Indian tamarind, ginger, onion, coriander leaves, lemon grass, oat fiber.

Dip the fish in flour. Fry until Golden brown.

Prepare the marinade: carrots grate on medium grater, onion cut into quarters rings. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes (skin removed). Simmer until soft tomatoes.

Add the beets, grated on a medium grater. Vinegar, salt, Bay leaf, black pepper. If beets aren't sweet, you can add sugar. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

Lay the fish on a ceramic dish (or any other suitable for the microwave), sandwiching beetroot marinade. Put for 5 minutes in the microwave (medium power).
