Description
Dear cooks, I missed you! Unfortunately, student life, which also takes place in the Dorm, makes its own rules, and time, and conditions for cooking where I have not. And yet, I offer you another recipe! This cookie is a wonderful, crumbly, very tasty and unusual. Suggested recipe cook Daria Tsvek. And I called it so because it resembles the well-known cookies "Minute", although, of course, better :) I took half of the original number of ingredients, so feel free to double it!

Cooking
Start with the test. Cold butter (or margarine) chop.
Add flour and mix till the formation of fine crumbs.
Juice and zest of lemon. Knead the dough.
Then roll out in rectangular layer (thickness about 0.5 cm), sprinkle with flour,
Turn in the envelope. And put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Then take the dough from the refrigerator, roll out again, wrap the envelope and into the fridge. Then do the same again. The dough will become something like a puff.
Roll out the dough, cut into rectangles. Take one of them on the edge to apply the jam.
I used apricot jam trade mark "Maheev". Fragrant and vkusnyj ^^
Collapsible billet rolls, zasiyaet edges so that the jam doesn't run out, grease lightly beaten egg whites.
Sprinkle with sugar, then nuts (I used walnuts).
Warm greetings out of the oven! My kids are "basking in the sun" with the temperature 180 degrees, 10 minutes. Well, it's just my assistant-duhovochku is a real beast :)) be Guided by your oven.
Now you can brew a fragrant tea, to call loved ones and arrange family gatherings :)
Eat with pleasure, live with pleasure! ;*
