Jello layers you can take as many different taste and color. I have a whole sea buckthorn, black currant and cranberry. You need to follow one rule - the jelly needs to fully harden before a new layer.
Do ice cream. Take BlackBerry jam and cream. The taste turns out very creamy as ice cream.
Whisk the cream with jam, cover the cake with the last layer, remove it in the freezer for about 40 minutes. Of course, freezes everything. But I don't serve dessert right from the freezer, see the first picture of the whole cake was covered with frost from the temperature difference. And the cuts are already visible bright berry layers. The cake better be kept at room temperature, ice cream will be soft as ice cream. And jelly is like jelly and not like a Popsicle. A little patience, and..., you can call your favorite sweet tooth!
