Description
Suggest you try a delicious, flavorful ice cream with Apple and cinnamon. Pretty simple to prepare, it will not leave anyone indifferent. The spices give it a specific taste and smell, and creamy vanilla base makes it gentle, soft and sweet. Help yourself!

Cooking
Mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well, close with cling film and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the apples,
Melt in a pan the oil, put peeled and chopped apples, brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. The apples should be soft.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then close with cling film and leave in the fridge.
After 2 hours a little whip cream mass shift in a metal dish and put into the freezer, stirring occasionally, about every 15-20 minutes.
When the mixture slightly thickens, add the Apple mass, stir and put back in the fridge.
Continue to stir every 15-20 minutes until, until the mixture hardens. If you have an ice-cream maker, it is best to cook it, but since I don't have it, I use this method.
