Description

White wine jelly with bananas
Wonderful, delicious dessert with a delicate aroma of wine. Cook it very quickly, and the result will please you.

Ingredients

  • Sweet white wine

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.3 cup

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix sugar and gelatin in a saucepan, add 1/2 Cup wine and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Bananas cut into circles and put in muffin tins.

Add the rest of the wine, stir and bring to low heat to boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes on very low heat, stirring constantly (until completely dissolved sugar and gelatin). Remove from heat and slightly cooled (about 5 minutes)

In the wine-sugar mixture to add the lemon juice, stir and pour over bananas. Put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

Put the molds with jelly (bottom)in hot water for a few seconds and turn the jelly on a plate.
