Salad
Why the salad is called so, as they say, for what bought, for and sell. Salad, I think You know he is, but not quite. We love, often repeated on festive table delivered. And if "Guests in the door" quickly prepared!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken fry in olive oil.

Fillet to cool and cut into strips.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onions. Mix chicken, Korean carrots, green onions and grated cheese, salt to taste, add freshly ground black pepper.

For dressing mix natural yoghurt (my home) with a grainy mustard.

Season the salad.

Place them on a dish with a cooking ring. Decorate as desired.
