Summer salad
Left a Turkish name, to give a little bit exotic, although the translation is somewhat not consistent. Tursu is translated as pickles, seaming, but I eat it the same day, as did, therefore, be correct to say "salad". Delicious, perfect for summer, so the name is appropriate. For lovers of zucchini and eggplant!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Mint

  • Olive oil

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cut large eggplant, zucchini and peppers all put in a deep bowl, fill with water and boil for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed.

Cut the parsley and mint roughly.Add the garlic, cut into small pieces.
