Cooking
To start, parse the cabbage leaves and drop in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes so they become soft. Then remove leaves with a slotted spoon and allow to drain excess water.
Meanwhile, make the filling for this grind in a blender the peeled nuts.
In a blender add the garlic, the breadcrumbs, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil (I added olive), salt, pepper to taste, add favorite seasonings (I added Basil and oregano).
For the sauce, whisk cream, egg and half of cheese (cheese as practice showed, it is better to RUB on a small grater, for some reason, I have hand picked to RUB on larger).
Now collect our "lasagna". In the form, greased with oil, put about a third of the leaf, on top put half of the nut filling, pour the sauce.
Put the next layer of leaves and toppings, close the top leaves and pour the remaining sauce. Now you need to cover the casserole with foil and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the foil and fill with remainder of cheese and bake for 5 minutes until browned.
Here everything is ready.
Now you need to wait a bit to make the pudding slightly cooled, you can cut and serve! You can have it hot or cold (by the way, I so liked it even more).
