Delicious salad of squid with quail eggs and arugula. Perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Quail egg

    10 piece

  • Cheese sausage

    100 g

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Squid wash, peel, boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Cool, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Eggs boil, peel and cut into strips. Also chopped the arugula. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. You can all mix and fill with sour cream sauce or make a salad-cocktail, and I want to offer you another option. Spread the baking paper. And put layers of cheese, egg, sour cream sauce, squid and arugula.
