Carrot cake cupcake
This recipe I saw long ago in one telegazeta where the category recipes from the star. This cake was offered to Vladimir Turchinsky. Said that when his wife was pregnant, she had to eat carrots and she in any. So he prepared her a cake (like a muffin, of course), which she ate with relish. I think kids can also be under this "sauce" carrots to push through. My home really like.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

Peel 3 large carrots (maybe 4, then it will be clear exactly how much).

A carrot to chop. The recipe said to grate, I did, but it is quite a tedious process, so I used the blender. The result is the same.

You should get 3 cups of grated carrots. Here, if necessary, may need another one.
