You can eat them with yogurt, cream, ice cream, add a variety of cereals and muesli. This festive version of it or just for the arrival of guests. The bonus in this recipe is the method of self-production shape for salads and side dishes.

step-0
So, in the photo of the original products I used muesli and oatmeal. If you are not able to purchase raw buckwheat, use any soaked and sprouted grains, wheat, for example. Or additionally, take a muesli or oatmeal. As usual steamed buckwheat, I think, will not suit the taste for fruit salads.
step-1
Before proceeding to recipe, I'll show you an example of self-production shapes for the salad. I used all the time admired to such shape as we have them little choice. I recently came up with an idea on how to build the mold yourself. To do this, just need the cardboard and foil. Cardboard the desired height (the height of the desired shape) wrap in foil, the edges connect – it sort of rings from which to mold the desired shape, as it is very flexible (if the cardboard you have hard, pre-tenderize him with his hands, crumpled and twisted several times in a thin tube). After use, the ring can be washed like normal dishes, dry and used several times. In this case, you need all the seams to seal tape to not spill water when cleaning the ring. And turn it in salads seams out that there is no risk of accidental contact with glue from the duct tape for food.
step-2
The night before preparing salad buckwheat (1 Cup) soak two cups of water. In the morning we will see that all or almost all of the water (depending on humidity/dryness of the air of your home) it absorbed. On germination, it needs to be cleaned in a sieve two to four times a day and leave again in the heat, you can sprout in the fridge, but it will be slower. I usually eat just soaked. Put in the form.
step-3
Put the bananas thin circles. Mix a Cup of yoghurt (my home) with two tablespoons of honey. Half to connect with granola, the other half with oatmeal. The next layer granola with yogurt.
step-4
Cut smaller fruits, put them over your muesli. Then put the cereal with yogurt. You can sprinkle with cinnamon. Decorate with halved grapes.
step-5
Bon appetit !
