Cooking
First make the sauce. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, and chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge to infuse for 30 min. the top picture is Dijon mustard.
Cut the tomatoes. Peel the cucumber from the skin and remove the seeds so that the salad was not watery. Cut cucumber in small slices. Cheese crumble to pieces.
If no Tuscan bread, then it will go even stale bread that does not crumble when sliced. Dry it in the oven or toaster. Then cut it in cubes.
Parsley, Basil and any other herbs to your taste (the more the better) chop finely and add to the other ingredients. Let's not forget black olives, pitted.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl with sauce and mix well. Try again and if desired add salt, pepper or lemon juice. Put in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before serving!
