Cooking
Zucchini to RUB on a large grater. To shift into a deep bowl.
Beat in an egg. Add salt and sugar.
Add flour.
Stir. And the dough is ready.
In a skillet fry from the resulting mass pancakes.
Chop the garlic and dill, mix with mayonnaise, smear each pancake.
It is possible to decorate to your taste. I boiled the egg separately rubbed the yolk and the white. On the edges put sliced tomato.
