Delicious chocolate cake with souffle. Souffle recipe you have made "Cooking at home". Very tasty! The cake turns out tender, with chocolate cream. A pleasant surprise for sweet lovers:)

Cooking
Cake: whisk Soft butter with sugar (and vanilla too). Then add the egg yolks. Whisk. Add flour with baking powder and whisk. Ready. Pour in shape, covered with baking paper, and put in a preheated 170* oven for 15-20 minutes Ready the cooled cake cut in half.
Cream: Boil the water, add to it the cocoa and stir to eliminate lumps. Pour the condensed milk. Stir and allow to cool.
1 half of the cake placed in the form of detachable cover and 1/2 of the cream, put a cherry on top. Cover 2 part of cake + 2 part cream. Put in the refrigerator.
Soufflé: soak the Gelatine for 30 min. in 1/2 Cup. water. Butter, beat with condensed milk. To the gelatin add half the sugar and half of the citric acid. Put on the heat to dissolve the gelatin and sugar. Proteins whisk with the remaining half of citric acid until a stable foam. Gradually add the sugar. Carefully pour gelatinous mass. Then enter the resulting weight into the butter mixture with condensed milk, whisking all the while. Take out of the refrigerator "Foundation" of our cake. :-) Pour the soufflé and put in the fridge until firm, preferably overnight. Decorate. Cooked and enjoy with family and friends! :-) *DRINK*
