Gingerbread honey
My debut recipe on a favorite "Cook"!!! Perhaps these cakes were done by someone before me, but I have not found. I invented them myself, based on an oatmeal cookie recipe.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

Cooking

Sugar, RUB with margarine until smooth

Add eggs and knead well

Put the honey, stir

Pour oat flakes and salt, stir

Pour first 3 cups of flour and all the soda, thoroughly kneaded, if necessary you can add more flour. The dough should be thick and almost not stick to hands, then the cakes will not spread out when baking

Roll into balls 3 cm in diameter, place them on a oiled baking sheet, at a sufficient distance from each other, because when baking cakes will increase in size 2 times

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees until Golden color
