Delicious, fragrant, spicy tomatoes. Prepared quickly, as well as eaten. Marinated tomato slices with spicy and sweet peppers, onions and garlic. Summer-a bright, tasty dish. Help yourself!

Cooking
Onion cut into half rings. Pour into the pan 70 ml of vegetable oil, add Khmeli-suneli and stir-fry the onion for a few minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into slices and add to the bowl. To the tomatoes add the salt, mix well.
A few minutes after frying onions add soy sauce and continue to cook for another couple of minutes. The onions should remain al dente.
To the bowl with the tomatoes add hot peppers, sliced in rings (I'm from the seed of the pepper clean). Bulgarian pepper cut into strips. Add the hot fried onions and garlic, chopped fairly large.
Greens finely chop and add to the tomatoes. Pour in the vinegar. Mix everything carefully. You can even cover the bowl and shake it. Leave to marinate the tomatoes for at least 6 hours, better for a day, then all the spices to "make friends" with each other.
